Members of the Next Chapter plan are able to book their individual coaching sessions here.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and scheduling conflicts can occur. To ensure the smooth operation of our coaching services, we have established the following cancellation policy: Cancellation Window: Clients are required to notify us at least 24 hours in advance if they need to cancel or reschedule a coaching call. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled coaching call will be considered late. In such cases, the full coaching fee for the session will be charged. No-shows: If a client fails to attend a scheduled coaching call without prior notice, the full coaching fee for the missed session will be charged. Rescheduling: Clients may request to reschedule a coaching call within the 24-hour notice period, subject to the coach's availability. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy, as it allows us to provide the best possible service to all our clients. Exceptions may be considered in case of emergencies or extenuating circumstances. Thank you for your commitment to your personal growth journey.
